SOLUTIONS PROGRAM

 

 

The New Beginnings halfway house Solutions Program is an intensive drug and alcohol relapse prevention program that encourages positive recovery behaviors while offering therapeutic support. We have a Licensed Therapist dedicated to working with our Solutions Program clients.

 

This program is mandatory for:

 

• Individuals who have not been to an in-patient treatment facility
• Individuals who have had treatment and relapsed within 6 months
• Individuals with a history of chronic relapse

 

Mandatory, supervised 12-step meeting attendance, Group Lifeskills Workshops with licensed therapists, and daily drug and alcohol testing have led our Solutions Program to boast one of the lowest relapse rates in the country.

 

Each Solutions Program Participant Is Required To:

 

• Submit to daily drug and alcohol tests for one month
• Participate in three Lifeskills Workshops per week
• Participate in one Individual Therapy Session per week
• Attend at least one 12-step meeting per day
• Work or look for work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Check-in with Management during weekends and/or periods of free time
• Abide by all New Beginnings' rules and regulations

 

Clients who participate in Solutions are also entitled to some extra services, such as resume preparation, job hunting assistance, free transportation* to and from job interviews, medical appointments, and certain other recovery-related destinations during the program period.

 

This program is not included in the Standard Housing Package; it is offered at an additional cost.

UPON COMPLETION OF PHASE I, THE CLIENT MAY HAVE THE OPTION FOR PHASE II

 

*NOTE: Transportation must be requested and/or scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, except for medical emergencies.
